Cancellation policy

English language courses:

If you cancel before the course starts, and let us know in writing a week or more before the start of the course, we will refund what you have paid, less £20 for administration costs and any bank charges we have to pay to return the money to you. If you cancel less than a week before the course starts we will refund half (50%) of what you have paid. There will be no refund once you have started the course.

In the unlikely event that we have to cancel the course we will refund all your money, including bank charges.

If you experience travel delays please contact us as soon as possible. If you arrive late and do not contact us there will be no refund for the days missed. If you are coming to use on a Student Visa and for any reason the visa is refused or you are refused entry to the UK, we will refund full payment less £20 administration fee provided you send us the document showing the reason for refusal.

Homestay: Where we have arranged for you to stay with a homestay family, please do not embarrass us or family by trying to make a private arrangement with the family. All arrangements have to be made through the school.

For foreign language courses (10 week courses): we will refund the full amount if you cancel up to 14 days before the start of the course.

One-to-one tuition: If you cancel less than 48 hours (two days) before the start of the class you will have to pay for the class in full.
